Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered to an e-mail box for processing here at Red Stick Sports. Keep in mind that all orders will be processed the very next business day. (M-F 9:00am-6:00pm Central Standard Time) Also, keep that in mind when you place your order and request Next Day shipping terms. 

We currently use FedEx to ship our goods. At the time of purchase, you can select from a list of available delivery services by clicking on the appropriate shipping method. If you require special shipping and handling options outside of the options listed, please feel free to call or fax your request to us. Some items will be drop shipped which might result in a different carrier other than FedEx.
Returns and Replacements

Through our online store, we will accept most major credit cards. We will also accept Purchase Orders from those companies that currently have an active account in good standing with us. If you need special payment terms, please feel free to call or fax your request to us.


It is very important to Red Stick Sports that you are happy with our products and services. We will handle all of your claims swiftly and fairly.

We offer a 30 Day Guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply call Red Stick Sports at 1-800-470-5299 or 1-225-769-6232 for a Return Authorization. The return item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction. Items that are dropped shipped might be subject to a restocking charge of up to 25% depending on the manufacturer's policy. We will refund shipping charges on incorrectly shipped merchandise. We recommend that you insure any returned merchandise, as we will not be held responsible for a lost package. (Notice separate policy for Bat Returns and Customized Items)

All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer's warranties but not against flagrant mishandling or any uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired based upon the manufacturer's policy. Defective products will be replaced with the same stock number, color and size, assuming it is available.

Bat Warranties

Your new aluminum bat carries a minimum of a one-year (some carry a 400 day warranty) manufacturer's warranty against defects. Red Stick Sports will provide a 30-day return exception for all unused, new bats that are still wrapped and tagged with a Red Stick Sports’ barcode or receipt. Drop shipped bats will not have a Red Stick Sports’ barcode but a print out of the original receipt will suffice. (Read the details of the warranty and return policy below.) New Bats (Unused) All unused, new bats in their original 'shrink wrapped' packaging may be returned to Red Stick Sports no later than 30 days of purchase. Please call Red Stick Sports at 1-800-470-5299 or at 1-225-769-6232 for a return authorization number (RA#). Unless products are defective or shipped in error, shipping charges are not refundable.

Red Stick Sports provides these links to the manufacturer’s for your convenience. We do not manage any of these linked sites. Under no circumstances will Red Stick Sports accept the return of a defective bat. 

Customized & Decorated Products

Customized products are made to order. Please plan for 2 weeks time between placing the order and the shipping of any customized items. All sales of customized products are FINAL.
