Screen Printing is a great way to put your team or business logo onto a large ammount of shirts, shorts, and many other garments quickly and precisely. Ink is pushed through masked screens and layered onto the garment. Our plastisol ink can be applied to cotton, polyester, nylon, and almost any other fabric. We carry a vast selection of inks and can print up to 8 colors per garment.
Screen printing is priced by the number of prints to be made and the amount of colors used in each. Different sized prints require independent setups. There are volume discounts with price break points at 12, 25, 50, 100, 200 and 500.
12 Pieces minimum on Screen Printed Items
*Darker garments often require an “underbase” layer of white ink below color layers to increase the visibility and brightness of printed colors.
We can screen print individual numbers onto your jerseys. Screen printed numbers can be one solid color, or outlined with a second color. Numbers can be printed 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 inches tall to meet the limits/requirements of any league or garment.
Embroidery is still one of the best ways to get your logo onto a wide variety of clothing, bags, hats, blankets, and almost anything else we can fit our hoops around. We keep hundreds of colors in stock and can sew your design straight onto the garment or add a patch to isolate it from the rest of the garment.
Names & Numbers
Embroidery is great for names and numbers. Add them to work uniforms to eliminate the need for nametags. From basic block letters to ornate script, we have plenty of fonts for you to choose.
Tackle twill is a sewn on layer of custom cut cloth. Team names, jersey numbers, and mascot logos all look great in our raised fabric layers.
Embroidery is priced per location and by the stitch count, so more intricate designs are more expensive.
